Sublimación
Técnica de estampación textil en prendas blandas de poliéster que ofrece un acabado perfecto ya que la tinta penetra y se funde con el tejido. No deja ningún tipo de relieve, tiene una mayor durabilidad y favorece la transpiración del deportista al no tapar el poro del tejido. Para aplicar transfer y serigrafías sobre una prenda sublimada:
- 1. Es necesario usar transfer con antimigración o serigrafías específicas para este tipo de prendas.
- 2. Cubrir el transfer con un papel siliconado. Este papel no es reutilizable.
- 3. No apilar/amontonar en caliente. Es necesario esperar a que la prenda se enfríe.
Textile printing technique for white polyester garments offering a perfect finish due to the ink penetrating and bonding with the fabric. It doesn’t stand out from the surface, it is long-lasting and allows breathability for the sportsperson given that it doesn’t clog the gaps in the fabric’s weave.
Applying transfers and silkscreens to a sublimated garment:
- 1. It is necessary to use fixed transfers or specific silk-screening for this type of clothing.
- 2. Cover the transfer with a sheet of silicon paper. The paper is not reusable.
- 3. Do not put away/stack while hot. The garment must be allowed to cool down.

Fibras
Algodón / Cotton
Fibra natural, que se caracteriza por ser un material fresco y de gran comodidad al vestir. El algodón es muy absorbente y puede retener hasta el 50% de su propio peso en humedad, sin llegar a ser húmedo al tacto.
Natural fiber, characterized by its cooling effect and great comfort. Cotton is very absorbent and can evaporate 50% of its own weight in humidity without feeling humid to the touch.
Elastano / Elastane
Fibra sintética, que se caracteriza por su extensibilidad y su gran elasticidad. El elastano se parece en fisionomía al caucho, pero presenta una resistencia y una durabilidad más elevadas. En la zona lingüística Norte-América, es también conocido bajo el nombre de spandex. La Lycra es una marca particularmente conocida del elastano.
Synthetic fiber characterized by its high level of elasticity and durability. In North America it also known as Spandex. Lycra is a well-known trademark of elastane.
Poliamida / Polyamide
Fibra sintética que presenta una resistencia elevada a la rotura y al frot amiento. Poliamida absorbe poco la humedad, seca rápidamente y su mantenimiento es fácil. El nylon, la cordura y el kevlar son fibras poliamidas conocidas.
Synthetic fiber with a high level of resistance against tearing and friction. Nylon, Cordura and Kevlar are well-known brands of polyamide fibers.
Poliéster / Polyester
Fibra sintética que es particularmente inarrugable, resistente a la rotura y a las inclemencias del tiempo. El poliéster no absorbe casi la humedad y se seca muy rápidamente.
Synthetic fiber, especially resistent to wrinkles and tearing. Polyester hardly absorbs humidity and dries rapidly.
Tejidos
Dobby / Dobby
- El dobby se caracteriza por su superficie alveolar, finalmente estructurado.

Tricot / Knit
- Los tejidos de punto se caracterizan por su estructura acanalada, con tejido denso y extensible.
- Knitted materials are characterized by their ribbed structure, tightly knit and expandable.
Interlock
- El tejido interlock presenta una superficie fina y tersa. Es muy extensible, resistentes y de un mantenimiento particularmente fácil.
- Interlock material offers a fine and compact surface. It is expandable, resistant and easy to care for.
Jacquard
- Las materias de Jacquard se caracterizan por el aspecto de su red y de sus tejidos adornados con motivos. Son muy finas y variadas.

El tejido de rejilla / Mesh
- Tejido hecho con fibras entrecruzadas, ligero y permeable al aire. Respira y se seca rápidamente.
- Material made of cross-fibers, lightweight, breathable and fast-drying.
Oxford / Oxford
- La materia Oxford es particularmente sólida y resistente al uso por frotamiento gracias a un procedimiento especial de fabricación.
- Oxford is a very solid material, durable and resistant to friction as a result of its special manufacturing procedure.
Piqué / Piqué
- Los tejidos en piqué se caracterizan por su superficie en relieve, que transporta especialmente rápido la humedad hacia el exterior. Son muy ligeros y muy agradables.
- Material characterized by its layered surface, rapidly transporting humidity toward the exterior. Lighweight and comfortable.
Jersey / Knitted Jersey
- Las materias en Jersey son agradables de llevar, ligeramente extensibles y flexibles. Se caracterizan por su tacto mullido y generoso así como por su estructura ligeramente acanalada.
- Knitted materials are comfortable, lightweight, expandable and flexible. Characterized by their soft touch and ribbing effect.
Tactel / Tactel
- El tactel se caracteriza por su superficie mullida, semejante al algodón,

Tafeta / Taffeta
- La tafeta presenta un tejido liso y firme. Es sólido y resistente.

Terry / Terry
- El terry por su estructura en rizos, es agradable, meduloso y confortable. Se caracteriza por su tacto mullido.
- Material with curly structure, very comfortable and absorbent.
Sarga / Serge
- La sarga se caracteriza por un punto firme y, sin embargo,fino. Además, es ligero al tacto.
- Serge is lightweight with a very firm and fine weave.
Felpa / Fleece
- Las materias en felpa se caracterizan por su aislamiento térmico elevado y su ligereza. Son suaves al tacto y resistentes.

Popelín / Poplin
- Los tejidos en popelina se caracterizan por rayas ligeras transversales y por un aspecto satinado brillante. Presentan una estructura fina, pero sin embargo densa.
